It’s time for a fresh start

Nathan Smith is an Army veteran, Bronze Star recipient, and member of a three-generation military family. He is a proud product of the Arlington public school system. 

As a former staffer for a Tarrant County Commissioner, he worked inside county government where he fought to bring transparency to a Tarrant County government riddled with pay-to-play politics and good ol’ boy deals.

Nathan is running to be the next Tarrant County District Clerk and bring much-needed change to an office that has not seen it in over thirty years. He’s running to ensure the District Clerk’s office finally starts working for all Tarrant residents, not just the wealthy and well-connected.
